Get ready for our 11th Annual Billion Oyster Party!
As our annual fundraiser, Billion Oyster Party unites 1,500 of New York Harbor's most enthusiastic supporters for a celebratory evening of feasting, festivities, and connecting on the waterfront. A fully sustainable gathering that benefits Billion Oyster Project’s work to restore New York Harbor’s ecosystem and teach the next generation of restoration practitioners, every dollar raised through ticket sales and sponsorships directly supports our restoration, community engagement, and education efforts.
Guests arrive by ferry, car, bike, or private yacht to watch the sunset behind the Statue of Liberty while eating oysters from some of the best oyster farms in North America. Devour bites from New York City’s most exciting restaurants, all participating in Billion Oyster Project’s Shell Recycling Program.
THE VIP EXPERIENCE
Kick it all off with early entry.
VIP ticket holders can enjoy exclusive tasting hours before General Admission. Mingle with chefs, get to know what makes each oyster unique, try specialty cocktails, and more.
EVENT SPONSORSHIP
Be a part of the experience a whole city can get behind.
Billion Oyster Party celebrates the collision of restoration and restaurant; for every New Yorker and industry in between. Get in on the action and help us cultivate a spectacular night of sustainable connections.
Reach out to Jessi Olsen at jolsen@billionoysterproject.org to inquire about sponsorship.
